No. You can always browse and view the website without registering. However you will not be allowed to proceed with placing an order as a guest. To place an order you will need to complete the registration and verification process and sign in with your username and password.

Credit scoring is based on the timely settlement of installments. You will be awarded with the option of an extra installment for each timely settled purchase (i.e. all installments of a given purchase are settled when they are due). You will start at the Bronze Level and have the option of acquiring your products in 6 interest-free monthly installments. If you successfully complete your purchase in the manner mentioned above, your account will be upgraded to the Silver Level and you will now have the option to buy your products in 7 interest-free monthly installments rather than 6. This will continue until you reach the Diamond Level where the maximum available interest-free installments is 10.

This depends on your Credit Level. A newly registered user who is using atokes. for the first time, can choose to buy his product with up to a maximum of 6 installments. By fully successfully completing a purchase (i.e. all 6 installments settled on time) a user will be upgraded and move to the Silver Level, thus being able to purchase his products with a maximum of 7 interest-free monthly installments. This will continue until you reach the Diamond Level where the maximum available interest-free installments is 10.

No, there are no hidden costs or interest rates charged by atokes.
If there is a payment failure, you will firstly be contacted and informed of the failed payment. The most common reason for failure is insufficient funds, so you will need to deposit funds in your account within three days when the direct debit will retry.
If you cannot be contacted or an agreement cannot be reached, then the product will have to be returned to the Company.
In addition to the above, you will move down one Credit Level and you may be charged with late payment fees.
It’s a simple process. By using the Company’s services, you are able to buy your favorite products in interest-free monthly instalments.

A registered user will have the option to submit an application to buy a product which is not listed on the Company’s market place, through the website. This application will be reviewed by the atokes. team and the user will receive their response within 2-3 business days.
This is the only case that a user might have to pay a price which is slightly above the normal retail price. This is because if a product is not listed on the website this means that the Company will probably have to acquire it from a non-partner supplier company at the retail price and therefore apply a margin on the sale. Of course if the Company manages to acquire the product at below retail price then it will not further charge the consumer anything above the normal retail price.
When an order is placed, the process is initiated once the initial payment and the first installment are settled. As soon as they are received, the product is delivered to the customer and the interest-free monthly installment plan will begin with the second installment being due 1 month after the initial payment.
KYC documents must be uploaded with each new order request which is more than 6 months after the last purchase. There is no need to upload the ID or Passport again (unless it has expired), you just need to upload a recent bank statement.
All installments are settled automatically. By submitting your IBAN and name, you will automatically be charged for each installment through the GoCardless plugin. No credit card details or sensitive bank details are kept by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to charge late payment fees and also to claim its receivables through legal actions. This of course is the final step in recovering any receivable balances. The Company will first attempt to contact you and request the payment however after repeatedly doing so without success it will have to take legal action.
As per the terms and conditions, this responsibility lies with our partner supplier company. In the case of faulty products, you will have to directly contact the shop from which the product was purchased from by atokes. This of course is fully acknowledged by our partners.

Once you have submitted the required information on registration, this is inputted in the algorithm in order to determine your credit limit. Your credit limit is the maximum amount that a monthly installment can be. Therefore, to be able to place larger orders you will need to increase the number of installments and/or the amount of the initial payment so that the installment amount falls on or below your credit limit. You can place as many orders as you want, as long as the total of all the installment amounts is within your credit limit. KYC documents are kept at a secure server of the Company and once the relevant checks are complete the documents are deleted.
The KYC documents provided are vital to atokes. in order to examine your credit worthiness. The Company relies on the timely settlement of the interest-free monthly instalments in order to be able to keep offering its services to the public. Therefore, a thorough check must be done in order to accept you as a customer. It goes without saying that the KYC documents provided are always securely kept and absolute confidentiality is applied when dealing with your sensitive information. Once the relevant checks are complete the documents are deleted.
We currently support payments through the GoCardless plugin. This is the service used by the Company in order to receive its payments. You only have to submit your IBAN number in order for us to process the payments.
